I offer psychotherapy to individuals over the age of 15. My approach in psychotherapy is existential/phenomenological and psychoanalytic, through which I strive to help clients to understand themselves, to clarify their relationships with themselves, others and the world, and to make sense of their reality in order to designate their direction in life.
I work both long-term/open-ended and short-term according to clients’ needs and what their situation requires.
Confidentiality is irrevocable for my practice and I abide by ethic codes of professional associations that I am a member of.
Sessions are 45 minutes long and the fee is £95. I offer a limited number of hours at a reduced rate for mental health workers.
